Easy Like Sunday
"Take it Easy Like Sunday" with a short yoga warm-up followed by a blissful Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a shift from thinking and doing into feeling and just being. Non-heated class.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep rest and a nervous system reset—no physical movement is required.
