Meet the Heart Behind SOULIFT

We’re a team of certified instructors, health coaches, and ambassadors—each bringing different strengths, experiences, and specialties to the SOULIFT community.

Some of us lead through mindful-movement. Others focus on health coaching, restoration, or inspiration. But what we all have in common? What unites us is the way we show up—with purpose, presence, and the belief that how you feel here truly matters.

    YOGA

Rachel was born and raised in Florence, where her early years were shaped by ballet—long days in the studio, the discipline of movement, and a deep, intuitive relationship with the body. Through childhood and high school, the language of dance became a way for her to express, process, and connect. As life carried her from the ballet world into a career in nursing, Rachel found herself craving a new form of movement—one that could soften the edges of long, demanding days. Yoga entered her life through her younger sister, Rosemary, and quickly became a place of refuge. On the mat, Rachel rediscovered a sense of grounding, restoration, and coming home to herself. Through her personal practice, yoga revealed itself as a powerful tool for regulating stress and reconnecting with the body—wisdom she now shares with others. Rachel teaches with the intention of creating a calm, supportive space where students can move with breath, listen inward, and find steadiness during life’s more stressful seasons. When she’s not working as a nursing supervisor, Rachel can be found singing along to Taylor Swift, cuddling her puppies, or returning to the mat herself—again and again.
