Studio Policies

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

All class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a late fee. Each client is allowed one waived late cancelation every 30 days.

Late cancellations or no-shows beyond that will result in a $20 fee and the loss of the class from your package (if applicable).

To ensure class quality and avoid cancellations, we encourage pre-registration. Classes with fewer than 3 pre-registered students may be canceled up to 2 hours before start time at management’s discretion.

WAITLIST POLICY

Joining a waitlist means you intend to attend the class if a spot opens. You’ll be notified by email and/or text when added to the class. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your waitlist spot.

It is your responsibility to monitor your waitlist status. Late cancellation and no-show fees apply once you’re added to the class.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up. Doors lock 2 minutes before class starts for safety.

Students may enter up to 5 minutes late. All cancellations, including waitlist additions, require 4-hour notice to avoid penalties.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE

If you have a current or past injury or medical condition, please consult your physician before participating in classes. If you’re unsure whether it’s safe for you to attend, contact us at connect@souliftflo.com before enrolling.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All class package sales are final and no transfers, refunds, or exchanges.
